Not Just Shakes
Our Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) is for people who have 40 or more pounds
to lose. Based on nutritionally complete beverages and other products,
the most important component of the VLCD is the strong structure of professional
coaching and peer support. This program is medically monitored to ensure
safe weight loss.
Mixing It Up
For those whose lifestyle require a different approach, we offer a program
based on both healthy foods and meal replacement beverages and snacks.
This combination plan is also served with the same blend of professional
coaching and peer support.
