Autumn Salad with Cranberries and Walnuts


Enjoy this seasonal salad with apples, cranberries, walnuts, and light raspberry vinaigrette!

What’s included?
1 Large Apple Unpeeled and cut into ¼” slices
3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
12 oz. Spring Mix Lettuce
¾ Cup Dried Cranberries
5 Tbsp. Chopped Walnuts
6 Tbsp. Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette
Yields: 6 Cups Portion size: 2 Cups

How to make this delicious salad:

Sprinkle lemon juice on the apple slices to prevent browning. Mix the lettuce, cranberries, apples, and walnuts in a large bowl. Toss the ingredients together with the raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
