Looking for a New Weigh of Life?

03-20-2016

Few lifestyle changes have more far-reaching wellness benefits than maintaining a healthy body weight. If you’re looking for the structure and support you need to get to a healthy weight—and stay there—the FMH Nutrition and Weight Management program is a great place to start.

Our two popular programs for adults both include a behavioral assessment, ongoing coaching, weekly weigh-ins, group educational sessions, and the services of a weight loss navigator to help you stay on track:

Not Just Shakes

Our Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) is for people who have 40 or more pounds to lose. Based on nutritionally complete beverages and other products, the most important component of the VLCD is the strong structure of professional coaching and peer support. This program is medically monitored to ensure safe weight loss.

For those whose lifestyle require a different approach, we offer a program based on both healthy foods and meal replacement beverages and snacks. This combination plan is also served with the same blend of professional coaching and peer support.

Let’s Talk About It

Our licensed, registered dietitians are highly skilled at helping anyone who wishes to lose weight and keep it off, including those with food allergies, intolerances or other requirements. Individual nutritional counseling is available.
