Support Services
This program is a clinically supervised exercise program offered to Pulmonary Rehabilitation patients who would like to continue their exercise routine after they have completed the Pulmonary Rehabilitation program.
Pulmonary Function Tests are diagnostic tests used to measure how well the lungs are functioning, including the rate of air flow and the volume of air exhaled. These assessments are also used to detect the presence of respiratory disease. A Pulmonary Function Test is usually performed prior to starting the Pulmonary Rehabilitation program.
FMH offers the Freedom From Smoking Program developed by the American Lung Association. The seven-week program includes eight sessions in a small group setting with an interactive and fun learning environment.
If you're ready to quit, we're ready to help. To register, please contact Shanna Figgins at 240-566-3622 or kickbutts@fmh.org.
