BUSINESS HEALTH AWARD

RECOGNIZING EXTRAORDINARY COMMITMENT TO HEALTH AND WELLNESS IN THE WORKPLACE

Business Health Awards will be presented to area businesses that provide innovative health and wellness programs for their employees. The FMH Development Council Business & Industry Committee and the Frederick Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to recognize businesses for their vision and commitment to a healthy work force.

To qualify for the Awards, businesses should have programs for employees in the following areas: health education; fitness; health assessments and wellness benefits.

Recipients from last year’s program are not eligible for this year’s award. Recipients will be announced at the Business Health Awards & FMH Corporate Honor Roll Reception on November 7, 2012 at Dutch’s Daughter from 5 - 7 p.m. To attend the reception, please RSVP by October 30th by filling out the online registration form.
