At the heart of Frederick Memorial's fundraising efforts is a core group of volunteers called the FMH Development Council. Founded in 1989, the Development Council, along with the FMH Auxiliary, have raised more than $55 million for renovation, new construction, service line enhancement, and new and replacement medical technology at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
