Outpatient services are available at FMH Rose Hill, FMH Crestwood and Mt. Airy Health Services. We can ensure continuity of personalized care throughout the rehabilitation process by having primary therapists coordinate the individual's care until the patient is released from outpatient services with a home exercise program.
