Take I-270 North toward Frederick
I-270 becomes US-40 West and then US-15 North
Continue on US-15 North to Exit 15 - 7th Street
At the stoplight at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto West 7th Street.
Pass through two stoplights.
Turn Right on Trail Avenue
Hospice of Frederick County is one block down on the left.

From Hagerstown and points North:

Take I-70 East toward Frederick
Take Exit 48 onto US-40 East toward Frederick
US-40 becomes MD-144, Patrick Street
Merge onto US-15 North via the ramp on the LEFT toward Gettysburg.
Continue on US-15 North to Exit 15 - 7th Street
At the stoplight at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto West 7th Street.
Pass through two stoplights.
Turn Right on Trail Avenue
Hospice of Frederick County is one block down on the left.

From Baltimore and points East:

Take I-70 West toward Frederick
Merge onto US-40 West via Exit 53B toward US-15 N/Gettysburg
US-40 West becomes US-15 North
Continue on US-15 North to Exit 15 - 7th Street
At the stoplight at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto West 7th Street.
Pass through two stoplights.
Turn Right on Trail Avenue

From Charlestown, WV and points West:

Take US-340 North through Virginia and crossing into Maryland
Merge onto US-15 Noth via Exit 12B toward Gettysburg
Continue on US-15 North to Exit 15 - 7th Street
At the stoplight at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto West 7th Street.
Pass through two stoplights.
