Take I-70 East toward Frederick
Take Exit 48 onto US-40 East toward Frederick
US-40 becomes MD-144, Patrick Street
Merge onto US-15 North via the ramp on the LEFT toward Gettysburg.
Continue on US-15 North to Exit 16 - Motter Avenue
At the end of the exit ramp, stay to the right and merge onto MotterAve/Opossumtown Pike 
Continue to follow Opossumtown Pike through one stoplight.

From Thurmont and points Northeast:

Take US-15 South toward Frederick
Exit on the Motter Avenue Exit 16
Turn left on Opossumtown Pike
Rose Hill Plaza is on the right.

From Baltimore and points East:

Merge onto I-70 W via Exit 16 toward Frederick
Merge onto US-40 W via Exit 53B toward US-15 N/Gettysburg
US-40 W becomes US-15 N.
Take Exit 16 Motter Avenue
At the end of the exit ramp, stay to the right and merge onto MotterAve/Opossumtown Pike 
Continue to follow Opossumtown Pike through one stoplight.

Take US-340 North through Virginia and crossing into Maryland
Merge onto US-15 North via Exit 12B toward Gettysburg
