Pastoral Care
Our Chaplain Reverend Dr. G. Kay Myers
 A chaplain is usually available 24 hours a day for emergency cases.
Please notify your nurse or call the hospital operator if you would like to speak with one.
Pastoral Care Services are generally offered Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., but are available around-the-clock on an emergency basis.
FMH also offers an inter-faith chapel, located on the first floor near the main elevators, that is available 24 hours a day.

Frederick Memorial Hospital Chaplains and a staff of Volunteer Chaplains are available to provide emotional and spiritual support to patients, families and visitors as well as FMH staff and volunteers.

The Chaplain is a member of the healthcare team who provides understanding and assistance in the meaningful and healthy use of an individual's spiritual beliefs as resources in the midst of crisis, illness or injury.
