Qigong Qigong is pronounced "chee-gung" and literally means "energy exercise." It is an ancient Chinese healing system similar to Tai Chi and Yoga that is estimated to be 5,000 years old. Qigong is the foundation of both acupuncture and Tai Chi and is practiced by over 80 million people each day. Qigong is a simple, daily exercise system that combines slow movement with deep breathing for maintaining good health.
Sahaja Meditation

Sahaja Meditation is a unique method based on the awakening of ones own Kundalini or Chi energy. This meditation offers an easy and effective way to beat stress, become calm, balanced, relaxed, and maintain good health. Through Sahaja Meditation one begins to find silence and a genuine sustainable peace and balance within.
Yoga
This class includes basic yoga postures, breath awareness and relaxation which may improve muscle tone, flexibility and also aid with stress and tension.

Yoga for Seniors A class designed for the adult 55 years or older. It will emphasize gentle yoga postures which will improve balance, stability and breath capacity. Great for stress reduction also! (1 hour)

Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga has physical and mental benefits during pregnancy. Learn which poses are safe for you and your baby in each stage of pregnancy.
Yoga for Cancer Recovery This class is specifically designed for cancer patients and survivors. Classes include gentle postures, breath work, relaxation, and mindfulness practices to help reduce stress, relieve symptoms, and promote well-being. No yoga experience is required. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Tai Chi
An introductory class which aids in balance, strength and relaxation.
Pilates Pilates is a mat based workout which focuses on strengthening the "powerhouse" muscles in the center of thebody that are intrumental in maintaining good posture and back alignment.
