Description   Hospice of Frederick County’s Bereavement Program is holding a Coping With The Holidays Workshop on Monday, November 16, 2009 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. The holiday season can be difficult under the best of circumstances. This workshop provides some practical ideas to help cope with the upcoming holidays and learn ways to commemorate the death of your loved one. The holiday season can become more manageable when we learn to take charge of the season instead of letting the season take charge. Many people find that the anticipation of the holidays is harder than the actual events. Join us to learn techniques for coping with the holidays, and bring your own ideas to share.

This no-cost program will be held at the Hospice of Frederick County office located at 516 Trail Avenue, Suite C. Registration is required by Friday, November 13, 2009. To register or request more information, call one of our Bereavement Services Coordinators at 240-566-3030 or email at lkinna@fmh.org or dwatterson@fmh.org
