Enjoy this protein-packed breakfast featuring dried cherries and walnuts.
- Sunrise Blend with Quinoa Flakes - 8 oz
- Water - 2 cups
- Cinnamon Stick - 1/2 each
- Dried Cherries - 3 oz
- Soy Milk - 2 cups
- Strawberry Preserves - 1 Tbsp
- Walnut Halves & Pieces, Chopped - 1/4 cup
Bring water to a boil and stir in dried cherries, cinnamon stick and Sunrise
Blend. Remove from heat, cover and let rest 20 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick.
Stir in soy milk and strawberry preserves. Toast walnuts until golden brown
and fragrant; fold into cereal.
